So I decided to try these after I heard putting hyaluronic acid on your face is kind of a scam. Wow, I am still using hyaluronic on my face because I like the way it makes my skin feel. I figured I would add this into my routine and see how it goes. Just started taking this two weeks ago so I’ll give it more time and report back.two pills a day easy to swallow.

So when I initially started taking this I was mostly hoping for skin improvement. I think it helped a little but I wasn’t sold after I ran out of the bottle. So I didn’t re-order at first. After about a week what I realized is that it really had been helping my stiff joints! I was stiff and sore and didn’t realize that this stuff had helped so much. I re-ordered it again after about two weeks and once I started taking it again, my joints felt so much better! Like SO much better. I love that the capsules are small and easy to swallow, because I hate pills. No negative side effects at all. As far as my skin improvement, it does look better while taking it, more hydrated and supple to the touch. I love that it’s inexpensive and works very well for me. I will continue taming this for my joints if nothing else.

Worth it!!!I thought to try for aging skin...& bonus if my soon to be 59 yr old joints got relief.ONE WEEK IN... no difference with my knees and thumbs BUT my skin.... whaaaat? It has "bounce" again! My marinette and 11s have improved in one week?! I use SPF & lotions, but these pills are an extra bonus!I'm fine with aging... but if I can safely add something to keep me looking & feeling healthy...I'm in!....& I'm all in with these supplements!

This stuff seemed great but after 2 bottles, I really didn’t feel or see a difference. It might take longer to feel but I was taking Now brand a few years agin and I noticed a difference way sooner.

Like these pills seem to help with skin and nail health. I finally learned to take two a day, one during the morning and one a night. Seem to help me better.
