I add the Micro Ingredients Organic Boswellia Serrata Extract Powder to my morning smoothie. After a couple weeks I noticed my joints don't hurt as much.It comes in a resealable bag, but I put some into a little jar to make it easier to use. It is a fine white powder and I don't notice any taste when I add it to my smoothie.Boswellia is supposed to have anti-inflammatory properties, be good for bowel disease and joint health. Plus there are many other things it is supposed to help.I also notice some days when I get up with a slight headache after drinking my smoothie the headache goes away.It is a little on the expensive side, but I will continue to purchase this product for the health benefits.

Great addition to my daily health regimen

I’m trying to make up my mind if I like this product or not. I’m 50/50 split. On one hand it does have an effect I can notice, however it’s very difficult for me to determine if this is an stimulant/upper/energized effect or if it’s a anxiolytic/calming/downer type effect. Normally I’d be very good at determining this but Boswellia extract seems to have some type of dual mechanism where there’s a little of both sides. I’d say it’s similar to Kratom in that way, that it’s both energizing and calming at the same time. Another paradox with this powder is that it’s said to be a cure for gout, ulcers and stomach issues, yet at the same time the taste and the experience of swallowing the powder is strong as heck. The powder tastes very chemical and strong, like it’s corrosive to the inside of my mouth, a strong acidic kind of powder. I’m trying to decide if I should return it or keep it. Doesn’t really do that much as far as pain management for me. Yet it does something, a mild buzz and stimulation that isn’t all bad. It’s not like “wow, potent, strong” but it’s also not so subtle and peripheral like many other supplements claim of effects can be. Mysterious powder, will most likely keep using it on a semi regular basis when I need a mid day stimulation.

I'm going to continue to use this powder on a regular basis, I have no personal clinical test data to submit but I have a gut instinct that my body is glad I'm taking this stuff. The wise men brought this as a gift to Jesus, not in powder form but it still proves that the ingredients have been used for centuries.It is very tart but not as hard to swallow as some of the other powders I take. It dissolves fast and goes well with citrus beverages. Having lost over 40 lbs in one year and cutting out all junk food + adding exercise it is hard to say how much this helped but I'm not going to stop using it. My knees used to be so inflamed from arthritis I could barely bend my leg to get in my car after work, now I feel like I used a time machine to go back to the health I was in 20 years ago.

Uniformly ground powdered that can fill gel capsules. I like that it is organic.
