Helps with stress anxiety depression and gives energy. I take it with a complete B complex mid day which helps with absorption. I started with 50 mg daily and worked up to 100-150 depending on how I feel. It works rather quickly to boost mood and give a sense of well being. Helps Parkinson's tremors
Mars/Venus author John Gray says this is good for Parkinson's tremors. I has helped mine in 2 weeks. Seldom do my hands shake. (I also use his super shake bought here at Amazon.)
