I would use this again. In combo with pressure washer made cleanup easy. No sanding
Easy use, bleached and cleaned the boards more uniformColor. Stain took to cleaned boards easy and well. Would definitely use again. Went through a lot of cleaner. 16x20 dock took 3/4 of canister of cleaner.

Worth using in addition to Pressure Washing
I wasn't sure if I needed this item or not as I was going to pressure wash my dock before staining with Defy dock stain. I ended up ordering it and I'm happy I did.I first pressure washed to get the dock nice and clean. When the dock cleaner arrived a couple days later I used the pressure washer to apply it to the poles + dock and then brushed as directed. It didn't really do any additional cleaning since the dock was already pressure washed. But what I did notice was that a day later when it dried was that all the wood was softer and more porous (presumably from the bleach and other ingredients in the cleaner). This made the wood much more susceptible to soaking up the stain. I'm glad I invested the extra few dollars in the cleaner and it's well worth applying even if you are pressure washing to clean.

Defy dock cleaner
I have a boat dock that’s about 7 months old and starting to turn gray. I’m getting ready to stain it. I followed the directions and let it sit then scrubbed it with a deck brush. When it dried the next day it really did remove the gray and looked almost brand new again. I’m happy with this purchase

Inaccurate description. Do not want to scrub an entire dock. Returned prior to use.
