Very good pan. I wish it came with a lid. I probably could have gotten a similar item for less money, but I do not regret the purchase.

To expensive for what it is.
The performance was better then my stainless steel and my non stick it just isn't $300 better. It does everything they claim and its a very nice looking pan and I don't mind the cooper changes color and you have to polish it to get back. Its great for control with the cooper inner core but I'm sorry this pan should be half the cost and at that point I would recommend it and even praise it but I can't justify the price.

I was disappointed in its performance.
Eggs stuck to the bottom of the pan and it was difficult to clean.
