Functions well
The cover is soft, comfortable, and works well for my PICC line. Having instructions would be helpful though, as one end has an elastic band, the other doesn't. I initially used it with the elastic band closest to my armpit, but that proved too tight. I reversed it with the elastic band towards my hand and it was more comfortable. The measurement chart is a little off. I chose one size larger than the chart recommendation and it fit well. If I had chosen the recommended chart size, the sleeve would have been too tight. Of course, every person's anatomy is different, so others might find the recommended size a good fit.

Way too small
Ordered the large…ouch! So tight couldn’t get it over the PICC.
