It's a book of two halves, one half is very good the other is completely irelevant if you are UK based.

In parts it is a 5 star book, but there are way too many references to US resources that are simply irrelevant if you are UK based. But the 5 star bits are really good, compassionate and caring advice for helping an elderly relative. So it's really really good in parts and largely completely irrelevant in others.
