PERFECT PET Cat Scratcher Lounge - Matte Black Finish

My cats love this product and they really do use it all the time time to scratch on an to lay on. The shape is very nice and it is sturdy. It is made from cardboard and starts to look Messy as they use it. Also the cardboard comes off in little crumbles when they use it and makes a mess on the floor. This would be a perfect design if or made with a carpet material and not card board.

I bought this last year and was thinking about buying it again, even though it costs a lot for cardboard. For my one cat it lasts about a year before it's too scratched up to be interesting - he really likes sitting on it. I see that they raised the price by $10 - making this $50!!! While my cat really likes it, it's cardboard! I'm sorry that's just ridiculous. I'm shopping for something else

This cat scratcher was actually bigger than I thought when it arrived--big plus! It's the perfect height and length for the cat to lounge around on during nap time. The shape is fun and chic enough for our house that it's not an eye soar, like many other cat scratchers. Because of the shape, you get double the life, since you can turn it over for a second scratching surface. It's sturdy and didn't move around, even when my toddler decided to climb on top of it! A package of catnip also comes with the scratcher so you can sprinkle some on top and let your cat go to town. I would definitely purchase this again and recommend it to me friends with cats.

My cats love this scratcher. They use it to lay on and to scratch, which saves my furniture and rugs from their claws. Other scratchers wear out fast or are too small for them to really get on and scratch without it moving around. This one though, is heavy duty (and pretty large as you can see from the picture, kitties can lay on it with room to spare). This scratcher also lasts a long time (this is my 2nd time purchasing because our 2 cats love it so much), and because it has scratching material on both sides, when one side is worn out, you can flip it over. Definitely worth the price.

I had purchased a cheaper one before this, and my cat LOVED IT! Used it every day, and it lasted almost a year. Only thing I didn't like about that one, was that he left piles of little pieces of cardboard all over the floor every day. So, I thought this one, would fix that problem. Well, I was right, no cardboard pieces on the floor, BECAUSE sadly, he barely touches it. Not even sure why??? I have sprayed it with catnip spray, poured catnip all over the top of it, etc., and he still won't touch it. Should have just re-ordered the one that cost 1/4 the price. I brought the old worn out one back into the house, and he walks past this one, in favor of the cheap one, to do his scratching. :-( Ordered one of those yesterday, so sadly, I guess this purchase was just a waste of money. :-(

The vendor packaged the item nicely and it arrived without damage. The Perfect Pet Scratcher is utterly awesome! You'll see by the pics I took of my newly adopted 1.5y/o cat. He enjoys playing inside it, getting his bird toy in the curve underneath and he scratches his nails just about everywhere on it. That makes for fun photos, exercise and no ruined sofa. It's made of heavy cardboard I believe and it's quite sturdy. I was going to purchase the $50 one from another seller/brand but decided I'd try this one as it was $10 less. I'm pleased and I'd buy this again. Verified purchaser, thank you.

My kitten won't play with it but it seems like a good product and looks nice from afar (Looks a bit flimsy up close.) It is a bit bigger than I thought it would be, which is a good thing! Worth trying if, like me, you're trying to keep your furry friends from clawing at other things.

My cat is tearing up our vintage furniture and a nice rug. He ignores everything I buy him, but he loves this lounger. I put the catnip on it and dragged a string over it to get him to play on it. Now every time I look in the living room, he's lying on it, actually hugging it, with a dopey look on his face. He loves it! I've tried catnip on him before and he never seemed to be into it, but now he acts like he's high.
