Comfortable pillows
Value for money. Read reviews - my pillows had no odour.

medium and as described
important to follow the instructions. you need to put them in a dryer for 30 mins on a hot heat. this removes any odours and allows them to fluff up. i also put them outside in the sun and they fluffed up and didn't smell.med to sleep on . well stuffed. really nice.

smell is not great but they can be aired out
the smell is not to great at the min so leaving them out to air for a few days. apart from that they arrived early and they are as expected

the most comfortable sleep for a long time
very thick but soft I have arthritis in my neck and need support and found although i'd spent a great deal of money on different pillows they were either too hard or did not give enough support these tick every box 5 stars is not enough they're excellent

Stank like farm sewage
Whilst the pillows were fluffy, they stank so bad even after being aired for over a week.I contacted their customer services who said I should wash the, so I washed 1 pillow to see, the smell was even worse and it stank my whole house out.It is obvious that the feathers weren’t washed before being placed in the pillows and they could not be used.I have returned them but still awaiting my refund.I would not recommend buying .

Very good for the price
Item arrived on time and as described, courier was great she took photo and all was well with the order.Pillows are great the material doesn’t allow any poking out of feathers or down and they are so comfortable, apparently fully washable but I haven’t done that yet so cannot comment about this side of it yet.Would certainly buy again if needed some more though. :)

These pillows are described as medium firm
Whilst the Amazon description says these pillows are medium firm - the blurb on the packages only says medium. It’s annoying because I specifically searched for firm but thought these might be ok. Sadly they’re medium. Not medium- firm and they’re no improvement on my current set. Additionally the Amazon write up says they’re for back AND side sleepers but this isn’t reflected in the printed packaging which only states back sleepers.Feel miffed but will keep as they are useful for the spare room. I shall continue my search for properly firm side sleeper feather pillows 😕 which these AIN’T.
