We’ve now purchased two sets of these for our family to go with starter turntables. Fantastic sound and quality for the price. Great deal, definitely recommend.

CONS: Bass boost adjust is somewhat muddy. No treble adjust. These can be adjusted at the source unless you're using these with a TT. Needs a subwoofer line-out. Controls are on the back, so is input select with no forward facing indicator. Speaker wire connection between the L/R speakers is super thin.PROS: Easy bluetooth connection. Controls on the back, although inconvenient, are smooth, have a good 'feel' to them. Input select is simple enough, albeit on the back. Sound is better than I expected and they play loudly enough without notable distortion (source depending). More articulate than I would have expected.All In all, a good budget set of speakers for small to medium rooms. Not what I'd call high fidelity but good for casual listening. It's nice that you can switch between multiple sources without disconnecting anything. At this price point I would not expect a built-in phono preamp but a sub-out wouldn't be that difficult to implement.

Good loud stereo sound.

I had an expensive pair of speakers for my laptop (I won't name brand) that gave really good sound, but not enough volume for me to really crank music videos. I ordered these not sure if they would even work with a laptop. Wow, do they ever!! I'm listening to them now. Superb sound quality, and the volume that I was looking for. And they come with both RCA and 3.5mm jacks (as well as Bluetooth connection), so they can plug right into a laptop without needing an adapter. And these cost a fraction of the price of my earlier speakers.

I use these bookshelf speaks with an old Akai reel-to-reel tape player. The sound reproduction has been good. No complaints.

I finally took the time to set the speaker up with my CD player. After a few adjustments, I am well pleased with my purchase !

Actually for the money, they were very good. Worked perfectly and sounded great.
