Those few negative reviews are truly baffling, they must come from the competition. I was hooked on this syrup from the very first time a friend suggested I use it at the onset of a flu, and I have been a devoted proponent ever since. Gaia may be costlier than the other elderberry syrups, though its quality and efficiency are incomparable. On top of that, it tastes wonderfully. It is thicker than other syrups, thus it could be diluted with a few drops of lemon or orange. For maintenance, start your day with half a teaspoon, and let it slowly caress your throat. Short of your grandma's homemade version, this is the best product available on the market, hands down.

I am eating 4 because I literally just took it this morning. The taste was not at all what I expected. It doesn't taste bad at all. I may try it with tea.This was actually recommended by my pcp.
