Q: To clarify my question,when I edit an account another account is deleted. Same when I delete an account. Add & view work fine.

I have the same problem. It won't delete or edit and when I add a new password it deletes the net entry in the que. Any answer for this?

You have to use the caps lock button for a capital letter. But I got around this by using either all lowercase or uppercase… Problem solved

Q: I change passwords frequently. Easy to do? .. Hard to do? .. Number of changes limited? Also I don't see a comma or apostrophe. Are they there?

Changing passwords is very easy! Most annoying thing is characters that require the shift key, i.e. ! @ # etc., are shown in red on the keys. The power on/off button is red......I have turned off the unit multiple times by accidentally hitting the red power button.
