Replacement Audio Aux Cable for HyperX Cloud Alpha and Cloud Mix Gaming headsets with Inline Mute & Volume Control (No Inline Mic)

Works well and is even longer than the standard cable. Even feels like that stock cable it's replacing. If I'd my headphones used with this cable, I would not have been able to tell the difference.

Over time, I was finding that I could only get sound out of both headphones if I held the jack “just so” in my Xbox controller - move a tiny bit and there went half of my soundstage. Thanks to the detachable cable, I could spend a fraction of what I’d spend on an all new headset and got the same quality sound experience I got when I originally purchased these.

(EDIT) (EDIT 3)It's now December, I bought this cable Sept 11, it has officially stopped working. Just get a new headset, seriously.I've had my HyperX Cloud Alpha headset for almost 9 years now, Hyperx stopped manufacturing this cord about a year or 2 ago, I thought I was out of luck and had to finally hang up my trusty headset. WRONG! This replacement works. I can't attest to the mic capabilities because I use this headset on my desktop. But no more crackling! It's $3 more expensive than the hyperx OG cord,it also will cut out if you move it in certain ways. Had to order a replacement as it started crackling about 3 days in. My old cable was worse,so I'm not sure if it's truly better. Will update in a week, see where we're at.(Edit 2,December)Well I got these in September, I've struggled more with them than I did with my original broken cable. I can't recommend these for anyone. I know it's more expensive but I suggest buying a new headset over spending even $10 on these.

I own the hyper x cloud 2 rose gold edition head set. The mic went out after 7 months of using it with my xbox. However I worked with Bluetooth so using deduction the cord was bad.I bought this cord and boom it works and it's even louder that it was before and im greatful because it lost a lot of sound quality and I didn't even realize. My only complaint is that there wasn't a white option but honestly that isn't a big deal.

Works well but has a fifferent tone for some reason than the original cord. The other cord was starting to cut out so this is a minor gripe to get headelset aorking again.

It works well, the volume controls work perfectly, the mute works, and the build quality seems to be very similar to what you would get with the original.Overall, for the price this is perfect!

Cord is an ok replacement if you really need one. It works but sound is a little different and does not seem to last as long as the original chord.

I thought this would be a great replacement for my headset cable (the volume dial was a bit faulty). However, other gamers told me I have an echo which I have never had before. I didn't have any echo before the new cable. I unfortunately have to give it one star because having an echo means I need to replace the cable, so it's useless at this point. Very disappointed.
