Higher level Food service management must!
The book was able to allow me to learn more about food service management and guide me through my master’s course adequately. It includes great managerial and individual ways to handle food service workplace situations as well as alternative ways to handle outcomes and conflicts. I was able to link examples as well as make scenarios based on the material in this text a great resource for higher level dietetic courses.

The text was straightforward with easy to distinguish figures that helped with understanding the information. They also included the important vocabulary words in the margins, which I found very helpful.
