I first bought this gelatin because my husband and I were losing hair due to stopping Creatine! It was during the pandemic and there was a shortage on that supplement so we decided to stop cold turkey. Before we knew it hair was falling out and we were in a panic! I looked high and low and decided on this brand and have ordered it several times. This may sound odd but we choose to have it in the form of jello jigglers, lol! Our recipe is to add 1 cup of cold DIET Cran-cherry drink to a square glass baking pan. (About 9” size). I evenly sprinkle 2T of gelatin over the top. (This is called blooming) I then heat in the microwave 1 cup of cran-cherry for about 2.5 min. Once the gelatin has dissolved I use a fork to stir it and then add the heated liquid. Finish stirring with fork until it’s mixed in and set in fridge. Consider 1/2 to 1 Tablespoon of the gelatin a serving size. There is a total of 2T of gelatin in your pan so cut your jello into squares the size you want and eat a square a day. I make 2 pans at the same time and cover with plastic wrap once they have set up. It took a good 2 months to start seeing a difference but eventually our hair stopped falling out in the Shower. We’ve kept this up for a good year and have now cut back to half servings to see if we can ween off. This gelatin Blooms very well!!! Believe me that is a really big deal, hahahah!! Some gelatins just get lumpy and won’t dissolve but this one is excellent!!

I would give this five stars for how well it works; it's great for making your own sugar-free gelatin without all the garbage in there. But I had to give it three for the ridiculous cost. Something like this shouldn't cost over ten bucks. Guess I'm cheap, but this seems inflated just for greed.
