Kit had all the correct tools to do a good jobQuality is good and nicely encased within bagEasy to use, excellent value for money and happy with this purchase, renewed conections on my Ethernet from Orbi to Tv and made a better connection, would. Feels strong, sterdy and did the job for me Thank God.
I bought this at the time as a cheap way to crimp a handful of RJ45's to some cat5 cable I'd bodge up a while ago for my little home network. I expected the worst and was thinking I'd need to return this item. I bought some passthrough RJ45's and together it worked faultlessly and every cable I made or repaired worked, job done and now happy I have a good tool for the future should I need to make more patch leads or ethernet cable repair.

Did everything I needed it to do
No complaints really, I've terminated quite a few cat5e cables with this now. Even bought more pass through connectors from a different brand and the crimping tool worked perfect on them. One small thing is it's not great at stripping outer part of cables but it makes enough of a cut for you to be able to pull it off with some force.

Does what it says on the box.
Follow the instructions and get a perfectly crimped connector, not sure how long the blades will last, but I only need it for a few connectors. As pointed out by a few reviewers it is a bit difficult to see exactly which led is lit on the tester but it is useable.

Good starter set
This was the first time I’d done anything with network cables. The kit was easy to use and the instructions were brilliant and simple to follow.

Dosnt trim wires properly
Tool feels well made and crimps the plugs perfect but does not cut the two outside wires also on closer inspection some of the other wires are not cut clean and are tipping off wires beside them which will cause a short . Have tried the tool a number of times and get the same result every time . Pity it dosnt work properly as I needed it for a job quickly .

Doesn't crimp properly
Leaves 1-2 pins uncrimped and doesn't cut cleanly - unfortunately found out after the return period.
