Best investment!
I purchase this item to help me moved from an apartment in the 6th floor and no elevators. I was skeptical of this dolly because it seems weak, but it performed amazingly great. I loaded it several times with containers full of books and furnitures and to my amazement it did well and I still used it when shopping at wholesalers to carry the loads

Good concept poor design, dangerous
The idea is great but the design is flawed. The handle only extends a small amount so if you are over 4 ft tall you have to bend way over to try and use this on stairs, a very back straining position. It is very heavy and appears sturdy but is poorly wielded. It does not fold down as well as other brands. I really wanted to love this and use it but it worked only so so going down stairs with just one box, the wheels seem way to small. Frankly a regular dolly was far easier and safer to use. Going up stair with 2 boxes with a total weight of less than 80 lbs it failed. Lost the dolly and the boxes down a flight of stairs. Thankfully no one was injured but it was a very close call. I do not recommend this item.

HOPEFULLY, this will save my back while mving wood.
We live in a two story home. Top floor is street, aka wood pile level. Bottom floor is our bedroom and main wood burning stove. We burn oak so it is NOT lightweight wood. I am hoping that this will help save my back and reduce my chiropractic bills. It seems to work but it is our first attempt. I was able to carry a good amount of wood without feeling it in my back. The bad, the instructions SUCK!! The parts were all there but the instructions are in black and white pictures with hard to read letters on a small piece of paper. If you have tools and are mildly mechanically inclined you can figure it out. But it is FIGURING THEM OUT.I have my fingers crossed for the durability of this item.

Surprisingly sturdy but the handle could be better designed
Sturdy hand cart and very maneuverable. I have about 90lbs of gear I haul around in multiple boxes and this little cart works really well. It stands up straight making loading easy and moves around and up and down closed stairs easier than a regular hand truck. I have not tried it on open stairs and I am not sure it would work well on open steps because it needs the riser for the wheels to rest on. The little angle bar with wheels is useful when going a long distance and takes the weight off of the handles. I have taken the cart over carpet, hardwood, concrete, and decking and it rolls nicely and is stable.I did take a star off because tilting it back can be awkward since there is no place to easily hold the base in place and tilt it backward. I could put my foot on one wheel, but then I had to compensate because the other wheel wanted to move. A center bar like you find on other hand trucks would be helpful.Assembly was easy but you do need your own tools. One note of caution, and I did not take a star off the review and its not a detraction on the product, but the platform is somewhat smaller than I expected. I should have paid more attention to the dimensions, but for my immediate needs, it's a tad small.

Incredibly useful! I seriously underestimated how useful this would be!
I was moving and had 1 thing in mind that could use this item. I used this for MANY items! This was so SO helpful! I was worried I would be wasting my money buying this item, BUT I believe this is very much worth the money. It is amazing and I am still using it.

Great for going up and downstairs and moving heavy boxes
This is great for going up and down stairs curbs and even going over grass. My sister and my niece are also going to buy one since they’ve seen the one I have the other great thing is that is collapsible and lightweight

Cannot move the weight it says
Tried to move an item about 175lbs in weight and this dolly failed.

Very flimsy construction and not worth the money.
This product was used to move a dishwasher down 4 steps. It bent and collapsed on the third step rendering it completely useless. Unfortunately for me the return window was closed. I feel I should get a replacement since the original one was clearly defective. Fast forward to about a month from this review, the company replaced the defective original cart with a new one. It remains to be seen if the product will be operational without collapsing while in use.
