MG Chemicals 8349TFM Thermally Conductive 1 to 1 Epoxy Adhesive, Two Part 25 mL Dual Syringe

Keep in fridge or it will not last all that long

So I needed a decent thermal epoxy, and decided I try this. I saw reviews that said what they received was already solid in the tube. I can speak from first hand experience. This will dry without even being mixed. From what I've experienced, it will be dry before it gets to you.As received, I noticed the package was taped together, but no cause for alarm, as it's not high quality packaging and that's fine. The label on the tube was also taped down. Not a great impression, but all it has to do is work as epoxy. I opened it and one side looked entirely solid. See my attached image, that is the toothpick I stuck in the "solid" end, it looks like I was checking to see if a cake was done.MG Chemicals needs to put expiration dates on this stuff if they aren't going to actually seal this and make sure it will arrive to the customer in a usable fashion. Especially as this stuff isn't cheap. I wouldn't take the gamble on this one.

This epoxy worked well for our applications. Not sure why the negative reviews.

I used this twice now. First time it did not set up after over 36 hours. Second try it didn't set up after 24 hours. It clearly doesn't work. Don't know if it is a bad product or bad batch. I called MG Chemicals and sent a message through their website. I got no response. What I got doesn't work and it is too late to return. Another MG Chemicals thermal adhesive that worked as expected.Not recommended and a very expensive bust (over 30 bucks).

It works well, and it’s nice to have. Just like glue. Definitely conducts the heat

When first opened, Part B would not come out, while Part A was squirting. First tried only pushing on the Side B part of the plunger. Finally had to insert a toothpick into Part B and stir it some, then a little would come out. I only needed a small amount, so when I can get a little of Part B out (some just from the toothpick), I take an equal amount of Part A from the Part A puddle. If I needed a larger volume of epoxy, it would have been unsuccessful. The epoxy does cure into a tough solid, and it seems to be adhering to both metal wire and the plastic wire sheathing.

Mostly likes, It is kind of hard to squeeze the product out. If you can't get the conductive compound out Take a small instrament and open the pathway to get it started. It works. Don't give up!

I totally ordered two adhesives and opened one. The component in one syringe dried and was not able to pushed out. I returned two and got a refund for all first but was charged again for one later.
