I ordered this to replace a work issued "historic" monitor. Its brilliant, the screen is bright and very clear and now realise how dimly lit the work lap top is even on full brightness!I need 2 screens as create a lot of excel reports using data off another application.Really cant fault this screen, came with 2 HD cables, one UK plug cable, one EU plug cable and another cable Im not so sure what that does though yet! I ordered from Amazon Warehouse.

The monitor arrived well-packaged. It was easy to set up. The screen quality is excellent as is the built-in camera, with perfect screen adjustment to get the ideal position. The biggest advantage compared to other monitors with built-in cameras is that the camera position can be adjusted independently to the screen. The biggest letdown is the built-in speakers, the sound quality is very poor, to overcome this I'm using an independent speaker, hence only giving this monitor four stars.

Excellent screen just too many cables in the box but I figured it out with a little from my HunnyB! That being said it’s plug n play no drivers required. Out the box on the desk and we’re good to go.

This is a heavy monitor, stable great range of adjustment and deserving of its description as business use, a great addition to one of our home office set ups.

Bought this for a new PC setup, and needed to try and remove a lot of cables, so got this screen as it had speakers and camera built in, so perfect for Zoom calls etc.Whilst the screen is very nice, and has a great picture quality, the speakers are pretty poor and would recommend using them only as a last resort or for the usual beeps and sounds from the OS. For Music, YouTube or Zoom calls its very fatiguing to listen to these for any length of time.Other downside is there is no build in hub in the screen, so you cant plug in other devices such as keyboard and mouse into the screen. I feel this is a serious oversight as an all-in-one monitor of this type.On the plus side the Camera is great, good quality and has a nice cover that you can use to block camera for privacy.I got the version with the adjustable stand which works well and I would say is worth the upgrade.So overall, apart from Speakers and lack of USB ports its a pretty good screen, but falls short of being a great one.

After less than 2 months this monitor developed a fault. In all good faith, we sent the monitor back to Asus, seeking a refund. We have been advised that a technician has reviewed the fault and we are not covered under the warranty. Its a monitor, we have done nothing but used it (twice - it was for team video calls). This isn't what we expected from Asus, so won't be buying anything else from them.

Easy to install.... Great picture - sound a bit quiet

This is a great monitor and really pleased with it. However, the foot that screws onto the leg, the screw was not long enough to go through the foot and up into the leg!! After I had taken apart my old screen and moved everything off my desk, trying to put this together was impossible. My Partner then looked at it and realised that the screw was too short - it would have never been put together the same day if I had to contact the seller and tell them of the problems. Luckily my Partner is a retired mechanic and keeps all sorts of bits and pieces in his mancave and was able to find a longer screw, cut it down to the right size and now it is all together and using it! Phew! You need to ensure you change the screw size otherwise people will continue to have issues! Thanks.
