Well, I thought I’d fallen into a time warp and slipped back 15 years. This camera is supposed to be covert, resembling an alarm PIR sensor. Unfortunately, its a lot bigger than a real PIR sensor and made from that cheap looking cream coloured plastic that low end Chinese electronics was all made from 15 years ago (hence my time warp comment). I was hoping to replace a failed D-Link camera tucked into a corner above a door at the end of our hallway, but the size of this thing would mean a lot of work to make it fit. Maybe the electronics inside are modern, but the casing certainly isn't.I got it fired up over Ethernet and it seemed to have a decent picture, but the RTSP path seems to be a carefully guarded secret by this manufacturer and after trying several suggested URL’s found on the web I gave up, for the time being at least, trying to connect it to my Blue Iris server.So, I then tried the recommended iPhone app NVSEE. Oh my god, that was also from a decade ago. Text spilled off the iPhone screen making most things pure guesswork. I used ONVIF Manager on my PC to find the device ID (most cameras have a sticker containing that snippet of critical data, but not this one) and manually typed that into the app. It seemed to work, and I was then told to hold in the camera reset button. What reset button? There was a small hole in the bottom of the camera but fearing that it might be the microphone I didn’t want to risk poking a pin in it. The tiny leaflet enclosed with the camera had no clues as to whether this was a reset button or a microphone. At this point, much like the RTSP, I lost the will to live and sent it back. Even if I had got it working, I didn't fancy looking at it on our hallway wall.As other reviewers have said it does not come with a power supply. I knew this, but its still quite tight fisted of them and didn't make me feel any warmer towards it.

This camera never came with a power socket, so had to source one and when I did the camera function was poor quality so avoid buying!
