Kaffe Fassett's Quilts in Italy: 20 designs from Rowan for patchwork and quilting

I love this book. Kaffe Cassette has so much talent when it comes to color. I usually like soft colors, nothing to bright, but this book makes it impossible not to want to try his amazing style. I have done one quilt using one of his prints. Now going to do a log cabin using all Kaffee Fassett prints!! I will be collecting all of his books! Gathering more and more inspiration!!

I bought this for one quilt pattern, only to find I loved all the patterns. Such classic designs. An the always fabulous scenery.

I don't have all of his books but I have about 10. This is one of my top 3. Color combinations that appeal to me. Rusty squares 👍

This is not an OMG type of quilt book. Most of the quilts are made with special designer fabric to make it look very intricate but in reality the quilts are super easy to make. I just have it now as decoration for my sewing room.

Kaffe Fassett books never disappoint. Beautiful quilts, with patterns. This book gives you a glimpse of where Harry Potter lived as a child.

Saw several of these quilts hanging on the walls of a quilt store on a quilting bus trip to stores in our Metroplex area, and fell in love! So, of course, I bought the fabric to make it. Then, I realized I hadn't bought the book, so I ordered it here. I ordered it on May 2, and received it on May 5! How's that for quick delivery! The quilts in this book are fantastic (I have always admired Kaffe Fassett's quilts. The book has beautiful colored pictures and the pattern to make the quilt I want. I can highly recommend purchasing this book.

Really like the book! Only sad part - can't find the exact fabric to replicate the quilts in the book. Nice quilters gift.

I love all of Kaffe Fassett's books, but to me, Quilts in Italy is one of his finest. It is beyond colourful and the patterns don't require specific fabrics to be effective. It's a visual delight which will suit modern as well as traditional quilters.

Fabulous book with great photos, inspiration and instructions, honestly I want to eat this book it’s so gorgeous. Shipping- was posted 2 days after ordering and arrived within 5 days which was very good I thought. I was confused as shipping date was changed to day 7 and then arrived 2 days earlier. Fortunately I was home. Amazon needs to be clear on arrival date

Kaffe Fassett is always an inspiration and this book of sublime quilts is no exception. There are patterns for the quilts and "recipes", too.
