Never opens accidentally!
These are so handy. I like they are slim and not too large while traveling or take too much room in my purse. IT STAYS CLOSED and doesn’t open accidentally no matter how much you jostle it. There is enough room for some larger pills and I like I can put additional pills separately in each section. These are wonderful

Good quality and convenient
Good quality, sturdy “snap” when compartments are closed, hinges seem sturdy enough. Love that these are clear so you can see the medications but are in a solid case so the pills aren’t always on display. They fit quite a bit. Very good size for a purse because they’re thin and fairly rectangular/not bulgy or rounded like some pill cases.

Perfect size! Love it!
The media could not be loaded. I recently got diagnosed with Breast Cancer and have been looking for a pill case that was compact but had at least 6 compartments for my various types of medications. I always read reviews so I was hesitant but hopeful with this purchase. It was even better that it came with 3 pill cases. I plan on using 1 for every day pills, 1 for travel/most used pills and 1 for all others. So far I’ve only opened, sanitized and filled 1 pill case, some of the compartments were initially a bit difficult to open (see video), but I’ve used it for the past 2 weeks or so and it has gotten a little easier to open with time. I do see that being difficult to those going through medical treatments or those that are a bit older, that is why I took one star away.Overall I would recommend.(Don’t mind my “chemo nails”.)

Best Compact Pill Cases
These pill cases fit in a small bag or belt bag and are great for travel. If you have huge, thick vitamins, they may not fit. I love the small size for travel because I can separate all of my pills without taking up lots of space. I also like the case that fits over the compartments because it keeps them for spilling out accidentally in my bag.

perfect!
i love them, they are the perfect size for me! i was specifically looking for one that was slim and wouldnt take up too much space in my bag but still had a lot of compartments and im glad to have landed on this one. i was a little worried that the case/sleeve thing would be really inconvenient or slide off easily but it's actually pretty secure! ended up using one to as a weekly organizer too and i love that i can just take the whole thing with me if im running late and forget to take them instead of having to lug everything with me (yes i know im missing a day lol that's when i remember to refill it)

Great size
This is a great size to slip in my purse or laptop bag. Carry my migraine meds with me and can easily access them.

Only 6 compartments not 7.
I loved the fact that you get 4. I loved the fact you have a cover and a little area for your finger/thumb to grasp to pull open. I love that these were fairly thin and not bulky. Sadly, it was only 6 compartments?! Umm, I bought this for my mom and typically people use 7 day pill cases. This had 6 only. If you only need 6 spots, these are perfect!

Traveling or at Home
This is one of the best items I have found on Amazon. It's so awesome that while traveling with my aunt she stole two of these from me. Each company doesn't hold a whole lot but that's awesome means the pills aren't bouncing around and making a mess/breaking. I love that the lid comes completely off to refill. I bought one a year ago and loved it so much I needed more than one. I've never had the pills spill into the bottom of my purse and they fit in tight spaces of an over packed carry on. I have issues with fine motor done days and I've always been able to open these first try. The outer case is the key to making thus one better than the rest. In my first picture the pills are standard Tylenol rapid release to show how many you can fit in each compartment. You can't add a second layer. I use these daily and you can't tell the difference between the new one vs the old one. I keep one in my purse with Tylenol, a gin gin candy, benadryl and a couple of days of my meds in case I forget in the morning or if I stay somewhere unexpected. Although 6 isn't a full week I like that if I have 2 for a week I have extra space for the travel otc pills (Tylenol, Benadryl, stomach meds etc) and a couple extra days of pills just in case you get sick in an airport or decide to stay somewhere longer.I wish the company would come out with some additional variations so I could create a first aid kit, or have a nice way to carry my liquid IV packets so they don't get destroyed in my purse. I highly recommend and suggest you get the biggest set.
