Graco Modes Nest Baby Stroller with Height Adjustable Reversible Seat, Bassinet Mode, Extra Large Storage, Nico, Self Standing Fold with Flat Recline & Lightweight Aluminum Frame

I have a manufacturing defect in the stroller and I am trying to contact the seller through Amazon from past 3 months but there is no response. Not even 1 reply to all the messages.The return window is gone, now I am asking if their is any option to repair it, for that too the seller is not responding.The locks that secure the bassinet to the main frame come out with the spring and the bassinet is not stable. It tilts in any direction making it very risky for the kid. Graco having a reputation of creating high quality product, would surely address this issue if only the seller takes the concern till them.

The screw and the pin from the rare tyres came out in just less than a month and I have been following with the seller from past two months now they are just waiting from the factory to revert back , I have asked Amazon to take it back and send me another one if they can’t refund but @amazon they are of no help I would bout suggest anyone to buy such an expensive item from Amazon
