I haven't measured it. But it extremely oversized. My daughter is a size 12. And this very big.

I'm not too sure as I gave it away for a present but I would say about 130 140cm all the way round nd the typical length for oodies.

I am a size 18/20 and this fits me with plenty of room. I always worry these things won’t fit but it was fine.
