This is actually an awesome product. It not really for your simple quick project instead of a drop cloth. But more of a longer or messier project. I used it to cover an entire room of carpet. Thick, plush, premium carpet. It covered and protected perfectly. I covered every square inch including under the baseboards. I was concerned that there would be mold in the wet walls when we opened them and wanted to protect it from possible mold spores is possible. We were lucky and this time there was not mold. But we left the carpet covered for the entire project. It was covered just short of 60 days. Removed from the carpet with absolutely no carpet damage or adhesive residue. During the project I was able to sweep, vacuum, and even damp mop the dust and debris off this. I highly recommend it.Just some tips. Make sure you push it under the baseboards if really messy project. I used a plastic putty knife and it was super easy.Make sure you don’t get it in painted baseboards. There was one small spot in the closet I got it up on the baseboard and it pulled the paint up. My fault.Definitely easier to put down with 2 people but able to be used by only one. It helps to use a pole (like an unscrewed broom handle) down the middle of the roll to help to unroll the product out easier. The product would be easier to put down if it was reverse wrapped like some of the other similar products.We needed to keep the dog out of the room. She could walk on it but if she started rolling and scratching on it, her nail did pop a hole. We just threw some blue painters tape over it. To keep it sealed. The product almost keeps it sealed in its own.When removing it, think about the direction you are pulling. It comes up easy. But also sticks very well. It can pull the carpet off the tack strips on the edges. Easy enough to fix. It just ended up pulling the edges more horizontal than vertical so I wasn’t pulling the carpet up.At the threshold of the room we did extend the product a few inches onto the tile. That came off easy with no residue also.Sometimes I did use another 99c drop cloth on top. But just threw it down to be able to collect up hunks of debris easier. Wasn’t needed. (That’s what you see in the second photo.)Another use for this product could be if you needed to remove a contaminant item from the house. If the carpet had mold on it or something like that. I could see coving it with this before cutting it out and removing it from the house to greatly decrease contamination.

This material is very easy to put down, trust me though you will need two people one to hold the role and the other to pull the desired amount. Super easy to use.

Effective for protecting hardwood floors. Warning. Best use if two people apply.

This is like magic for senior dogs that need extra traction on tile floors. It isn't the prettiest solution due to air bubbles and wrinkles when applying but it definitely works. By far the best solution we've found. It's lasted over 2 months but is ready to be redone. Will be reordering soon.

Works great but does not stick to carpet ! I ordered it for my carpeted stairs and it doesn’t stick at all iv never been able to find the one I had that stuck for months till it just ripped from wear and tear

I as a first time user tried this product on a regular carpet and had trouble getting it to stick and stay in place.

It works and I was very pleased with this product

Still stuck to carpet,mind you that the stick is good enough to last,unsticking was just a pull away
