HP EliteBook 8560W 15in Notebook PC - Intel Core i7-2620M 2.3GHz 8GB 500GB Windows 10 Professional (Renewed)

Machine had install issues with win 10. Not wanting to start, when it finally did I was not able to activate the windows. I contacted Metro PC and they were very helpful. However I noticed the machine did not have the advertised 2.7 processor, it had a 2.4 with a different part number. SO I opted to return the machine. This was an expensive process. It cost $32.00 to send it back. SO now I have spent that money on a product that was not as advertised and did not work. Metro PC did offer to exchange the machine but we opted to return it and purchase a newer unit. SO we are not happy about the $32.00 but metro pc was great to deal with.I have enclosed inmages of the system info screen and the product lable so you could see what I am saying.

We bought two of these. Neither of them could complete loading windows. Our IT guy could not get them working. On a positive side, they had more RAM and a faster processor than was advertised. Get ready to pay the shipping yourself if yours won't work either. Don't underestimate how heavy these things are too - they're built like a tank.

Works great so far. Just a heads up - you will need the windows code to activate Windows. Its located on the bottom of the laptop.

The laptop arrived in working condition and has continued to function for several months. However, the battery arrived completely non-functional and had to be replaced, and the camera also did not work from day one.

A lot of issues. Mouse doesn't always work. Clicks things on its own. The screen would display upside down. A little slow.

Was a little hesitant based on previous negative reviews, but my laptop arrived just fine & with the specs as advertised.

Did not boot, something is wrong with the display. Planning to return it asap
