I don't go anywhere without it, and it gets me where I want to go!
I rarely write a product review, but this product needs to be praised. I want to give it my highest rating possible, since after losing my ability to stand stably without support, it has allowed me to go almost anywhere I want to go. I have owned a Comodita Tipo All Terrain Rollator for nearly two and a half years and have just recently purchased a new one. I simply wore out the one I am replacing. I use the rollator when walking indoors and out. The sturdy seat allows me to carry things including small luggage items, bags of groceries, etc., and sit on it when tired from walking long distances. I travel frequently and carry the rollator behind the seat of my car when driving and gate check it when traveling by air. It has assisted me to walk many miles including over cobble stone streets in Europe, across athletic fields, and around the yard. The rear tires have been replaced twice at a bike shop due to extensive outdoor use on concrete walkways. The rollator is very attractive and numerous people have asked me about it and where I purchased it. The Comodita Team is very responsive to inquiries and helpful in providing replacement parts when needed. This device opens many doors for me that would be closed were I using a traditional walker/rollator.

Great for outdoors and fine for indoors
Update 10-28-24I've had this for roughly a year and a half now and it has held up greatly. I use it daily for everything I do outside. It still handles rougher terrain very well. As I said in my previous review,I'm a bigger guy at 6ft and 240 lbs with bad balance and motor control issues so I know I've occasionally really thrown some weight on it to keep myself from falling and it has not failed nor bent or anything. It hasn't even really required any maintenance such as tightening bolts or making any adjustments and I make it a habit to doublecheck all my mobility aids (walkers,wheelchairs,3 wheel indoor rollator) and tighten bolts, check cables, etc. What inspired me to update this review was that I decided to take my dog for a walk through some trails the other day and test myself and walking ability and although I was nervous just due to my mobility issues,it handled the trails and again,my weight being forced on to it to keep me from falling. I made it to a little lookout over a river and was just so thankful that I had this Rollator that allowed me to get back outside in nature and feel halfway normal again. It really was a great feeling that I was able to accomplish that. This really does warrant a 5 star rating in my opinion If not more. It's been 4.5 years since my injury with 3 of those fulltime in a wheelchair and this Rollator is giving me the confidence and opportunity to regain some semblance of a normal life again. It's solidly built for sure , larger dimensions and footprint than any of its competitors and I will continue to maintain this until it needs replacing, and then I will buy it again when and If it ever needs it .-----------------------------------------------This is my first Rollator and the one I settled down on after researching the different varieties and specs of multiple brands. I had a severe brain injury 3 years ago that left me wheelchair bound for roughly 2 years before I could start using a regular walker for short distances due to balance and motor issues. I finally felt "ready" to attempt using a 4 wheeled rollator to allow me to get back outside and over terrain that isn't always flat and smooth. One requirement I had when looking was that I wanted something that would allow me to go outside in different terrain. What a difference this rollator has made for me. One example is that in my regular walker , even going down my concrete driveway , I would sometimes get caught up in little cracks or even little pebbles that would almost cause me to fall due to the sudden stop. This thing goes over everything pretty smoothly and no hang ups or sudden stops, even indoors over thresholds. It has allowed me to get out in my yard over bumpy grass and gravel. I'm male , 6ft 240 lbs and the handles adjust perfectly to my height and the seat is fine and wide enough. Build quality seems fine to me also so far. I've taken it through grass , hard packed trails and over gravel and it's handled everything really well so far. Brake adjustment was straight forward and easy as I wanted to be able to brake a bit quicker due to my lack of balance. As another reviewer stated , it will slide a bit even with the brakes on If your pushing your weight into it , which I experienced going down a slightly sloped grassy hill , although that may not be an issue with everyone. My initial concerns with purchasing it were basically due to not being a brand I'm familiar with and although the company does have a website , there is no actual phone # that I could find If I did need to call for support, email only. They do have parts available for purchase which is assuring. So all in all , I'm really happy with my purchase so far as it's giving me my freedom getting back outside as long as I stay within my physical limitations. The only changes I would like to see and they are personal preference is that I could move the storage bag to the front of the rollator to access it easier as I cant walk to the front to access it due to my mobility.(although I understand then your knees may hit it while walking) and possibly making the rear braking tires with a more aggressive tread although that would interfere with the brake. I also wish the backrest was adjustable and able to be lowered as it is affixed to the handlebars. After looking at all my options in regards to rollators and what I wanted to accomplish , it came down to the Tipo and the all terrain Uno (which looks out of stock). The Tipo had a slightly longer wheelbase both length and widthwise for my stability and the seat was wider. If your looking for something just around the house or for flat surfaces you can get away with a regular rollator. But in my case , If you want something that can handle outdoor terrain, Im not sure you'll be able to beat this. Ill update If I run into any issues but even spending $300 , I'm impressed and very very happy with it so far. Hope that helps.

Five Star Everything
Makes going off-road with a collator possible, as advertised. More adjustable than most alternatives. Has great extra features. Well built. Transportable (except in the cary bag which does not fit over the handlebars but who cares?).

super walker!
I’ve only had my Tipo All Terrain for a week so I can’t speak to its longevity, but I’m very impressed so far! Arrived quickly, was easy to get up and running (no tools except a pump to fill the tires, and very little assembly). Well built, it rolls really smoothly, and can handle all kinds of bumps in the path. Top quality, worth the money. Got me back on the trail and going farther longer than a typical walker. So glad I purchased!
