Too bad the actual product quit working after one month.

Fantastic piece of kit. I ordered the larger water reservoir to come with it, and have found I use this more that the smaller. Very easy for travelling/hospital etc. If you have any dexterity or mobility constraints I highly recommend this portable bidet set.

The one on the unit wirks great. So assume these will also if thevoriginal breaks.

ordered two nozzles for my portable bidet. Nozzles came but no o rings came therefore the nozzles won't stay in place. The outside of the box describes 2 nozzles + 2 o rings contained with in. I have written Blaux about this and they NEVER responded! I paid $20.00 for the purchase of 2 nozzles in addition to full price for the portable bidet. The bidet is useless without the o rings to hold the nozzles on. What a waste spending so much money only to have this useless piece of equipment. Will someone look into this and send me 2 tiny o rings in the mail ??!! Please

I detest hotels without bidets after spending a bunch of time in Japan and outfitting every toilet in my house with a bidet. While I don’t think a video review is appropriate I can honestly say it works amazingly. I won’t take another trip locally without packing the beauty. If you appreciate clean then buy it now. :)

The one for softness is because the product is made of hard plastic.The new nozzles go through water about twice as fast as the original. They do seem a little more effective.
