Was working perfectlyhas now stopped working.going to have to buy another one.

I purchased this 65W USB C ThinkPad Laptop Charger in May 2024. Initially, it worked as expected, charging my Lenovo laptop without issues. However, within six months, the charger became faulty and stopped working altogether. It's disappointing to experience such a short lifespan, especially for an essential accessory. I can't find a way to return this faulty charger, as it says I am out of the returns time, but it's faulty within 6 months, so I should be able to return it. I am currently contacting Amazon customer service for a resolution under the Consumer Rights Act. I expected better durability and customer service for resolving issues like this.

Replacement power pack does the job.. usbc so can charge many devices including the ipad pro, Samsung phones o and the lenovo laptop.

It lasted 4 months then died completely. It worked fine until that stage. But it is completely broken and I’m unable to get a refund so a complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY

I was loving this charger it was fast used it with my samsung phones and other type c devices , it was going well until suddenly yesterday it stopped charging randomly mid charge. I thought my phone was playing up sobtried pluggingbit to laptop other devices and i realised it was the charger. I took care of it sonfor it to stop working when its not even 2 months old is truly annoying.
