I loved it til the one I have started acting acting buggy. You could get it to work if you fiddled with it for a while, but it has died an early gadget death. I would be happy to try again cuz I dig the product as long as it works. I couldn't find any means to effect an exchange or contact the right person, hence the solo star. I am open to revisiting this review.I am so pleased that the right person saw this and arranged to send us a replacement, which works perfectly. Thanks!

After buying far too many overpriced lattes and drinks from some popular coffee chains, I decided it was time to start making my own. As I'm totally new to making lattes and frothy drinks, I did some research and saw that one of my favorite drinks required frothed milked. So, I found this little beauty. I have specific requirements when purchasing items. The price has to be within my range and the customer rating has to be decent. This frother met both expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it works. It feels like the materials are of a cheap make(I mean, I paid $4.99 for it) but is very efficient. If you're making individual drinks, it doesn't require a LOT of milk. I learned that quickly, as I ended up with more froth that was necessary for my one cup! I use this with a frothing pitcher and the results are wonderful.As far as cleaning, it is very simple. I usually dip the end in a mixture of dish washing liquid and water and rinse thoroughly. Storage is pretty straightforward. I keep it alongside my coffee maker and frothing pitcher. The stand isn't heavy but shouldn't tip over while the frother is docked. The frother doesn't appear to use up much battery power. I've used this frother at least two dozen times and the batteries are going strong. If you're looking for a frother that inexpensive and gets the job done, I recommend giving this one a try.

I have bad arthritis in my fingers and this is easy to operate. It has high RPM speed to create more froth and/or blend ingredients better than any other of several brands I have used int he past. The stainless steel portion is long enough to use in 16 oz. glass,without getting the handle part wet. The holder is sturdy and keeps moisture from drip down inside handle/motor area when in storage.

I had a house guest recently who brought hers. I had lovely whipped creamer everyday....until she left. After a few days I realized I had to own one of my own. I heat my fat free half and half for 20-30 seconds then whip it in the mug before I pour in my coffee. If you're paying $4.00 a cup at a vendor, save your money and buy one of these instead.

Use it in the morning for one drink about 5 times a week, then give it two quick rinses under the faucet while powering it on and off. Mine is still going strong, despite how notorious these things are for breaking. Just don't crash it or press it into anything as you could burn out the motor, don't let any gunk deposit on the end, and don't bend it. If it feels sluggish, replace the batteries. I've only had to do that a few times in over four years, but YMMV.

For performance alone, this gets a 5/5. However, the construction seems a bit off. When the batteries are loaded the back won’t stay on. I’ve tried multiple different ways and still no luck. Easily remedied though, I just use a rubber band to keep it on. For the price, I can’t complain. The final product -deliciously frothed milk- is definitely worth a minor inconvenience.

So I bought this item in February 2020, after 3 months of use to mix or froth just a teaspoon of MCT oil in my coffee the metal spring froth that goes into the coffee loss it’s centered balance, much like a ceiling fan blades losing their balance and started wobbling. Seriously 3 months? Past purchases of this item would at least last one year which is acceptable, but 3 months? Wondering if vendor will make good on this? Will update if vendor makes good

Very easy to use! VERY powerful - I'd recommend frothing your milk in a larger container than you're going to be drinking it out of, otherwise it splashes everywhere as the milk expands! I didn't have any troubles with putting in the batteries, just needed a little muscle, which means they're nice and snug for good contact. LOVE LOVE LOVE the stand! Makes it so easy to put in my kitchen, and it's great for letting it dry, and of course more sanitary. Definitely want to get the milk nice and hot before frothing, it does make a difference, but I'm super happy with the creamier texture my hot drinks now have. Easy to use, easy to clean, awesome price point!
