This wonderful frog figure is from the Golden Pond Collection by Green Tree. These products originated in Dehua... one of the finest ceramic capitals of Asia with over 3000 years of ceramic history and culture. A process of 8 working procedures all fired at differnet temperatures is how the hand painted finish is achieved on these wonderful collectible pieces. This frog needs approximately 5 - 5.5 inch shelf depth to sit on and 6 - 6.5 inches of shelf width... 5 - 5.25 inches wide and 3.5 inches of the frog hangs over the shelf... has a felt bottom to protect both the ceramic piece and the surface where placed. Comes complete in a gift box. Handcrafted in Dehua.
