Q: Will the jurassic park people figures fit in this jeep (the figures are approximstely 2.5 to 3 inches tall amd bend to sit down)?

They will not fit. The car is designed as a collectors item with limited playability. They make vehicles for the 3.75 scale figures and dinosaurs but this is not one

Yes kids but made of metal so it’s a bit heavier than plastic toys

Q: Is this suitable to get water on it?

It's not a tub or pool toy and if it's left outside in the rain, it's possible that it'll rust so I would not get it wet.
