I've had my own massage business for almost 5 years, and have been massaging professionally for almost 8. I haven't had my own personal massage for almost 3 years. I'm starting to experience plantar fasciitis due to hours of squatting and lunging, after intermittent physical issues over the last 8 months, and extreme discomfort in my neck and shoulders.I bought these balls to help with my feet when regular tennis balls couldn't withstand the weight or pressure.1st, these balls arrived a day ahead of ETA. Kudos! 👍2nd, I received them today - a day early, and already :I've used them sitting down and rolling my feet over them;laying on the ground and placing them under my lower back muscles and glutes and hamstrings;as well as rolling against them and the wall at my levator scapula inferior attachment site. Talk about feeling fantastic! I haven't been this flexible or pain-free in months! Love!They're rubber! 👏🙌I don't envision them losing consistency in durability any time soon.🥰So far most certainly worth the money! 👏🙌🔥
