I'm liking this for it's super small size so it does not block my view. The second big win is in between the metal is a thin piece of fabric. This is what really makes the difference in my opinion. The other metal screen only version just don't control pops effectively.

HEY! If you have those radio style scissor arms to hold a microphone then THESE ARE A MUST! Other wind screens have a triangle mounting bracket that will ruin your scissor arms, but this one is flat and will fit around the arm or microphone clip so that it's secure. The wind screen has a thick mesh on both sides and I like it. Most others are nothing more than stretched nylon. The goose neck is very short on this so you have to mount it to the base of the mic/holder pretty much.
