Arriba! MySpanishLab Access Card, Multi-semester: Comunicacion Y Cultura, 2015 Release 6th Edition

The card I bought for $100 was good for 6 months. You would think they would give you at least a couple of days notice before it expired. NO. I have a MAJOR exam this morning and when I opened the program it said I did not have access. For the last 2 WEEKS, I have searched feverishly to find ANY way to contact this company to renew. I am taking the 3rd and 4th Spanish classes in this summer term and total time is 8 weeks. I have 6 more weeks to go. There is no prorated buying plan. No one has responded to my multiple emails. As much as we are gouged for college tuition, this should be included. Does ANYONE know how I can get ahold of Pearson? It says on the header "support 24/7 and live chat. NOT true. Buyer beware!

Not to impressed with the seller or the product. By the time I went to actually use the code, I was only able to use the code for 3 months, and now I am locked out of my class and I have to purchase another code and start all over again. WTF I spent 109$ for 3 months of accesss, when it is to last a semester. Complete rip off apparently the "new" item I purchased was not new!

Had to buy this for a class in College. It really helped me to better understand the language. Very easy to understand and comprehend

Would be great if they could just email the code. I ordered it for my brother and had to wait for delivery (my fault for not ordering earlier). It’s literally a brochure with the code. The actual online product is great.

Don't waste your money! When I enter the code # it says it's invalid & contact support. Their automated support system says to enter my course ID#.When I enter that, It again says invalid.When I try to contact their "No support" all I can find is their automated responces which are usless! So far I haven't been able to talk to an actual person to help solve this problem.

Great online activities. I returned this though because I thought I was getting the book and not just the card.
