Easy and convenient!
The mould is very easy to use and does a very good job. I did read some reviews of this not working well, still I wanted to give it a try and I’m glad I did. If your dough and filling are made perfectly, making modaks using this mould is a breeze. Also, I didn’t have to apply ghee to the mould before every modak. One smear would be good enough for 3-4 modaks, it doesn’t stick and comes out very neatly.the size is also perfect. Neither too small nor too big. It’s value for money. Go for it.
