I am allergic to some chemical ingredients in other sugar alternatives. I tried stevia but it seems I am allergic to erythritol. mostly stevia products are mixed with erythritol. I never get allergy when I use protein power which contain sucralose. I tried sucralose in tablets form but they have some chemicals which again triggers my allergy. Finally, I found the pure sucralose and now I am using it very frequently.its taste is close to sugar and I prepared kheer/payyasam/sweet dailya/kesaribhat etc...if you are new user of the product. keep in mind that Pure sucralose is far sweeter than sugar. I use quantity of 2 sesame seed in 200-250 gram food item. it may take some time to master the quantity of sucralose. This may look costly but believe me its far cheaper than other products, as you have to use very small quantity.
