some ppl say its one sided and some say it dbl sided flag. which one is it?

It's one-sided. Both sides show a clear print, but one side will be in reverse.

is the POW flag double sided?

This Flag is not double-sided. You can see the logo on both sides, however only one is in the correct position the other is backward. Hope this helps

Are these flags made on the USA?

I will check the label tomorrow because if the rain stops I will be at the track. I sincerely doubt it is made in USA. I just looked at my Father's USA flag from his funeral in 2000 and it was made by Valley Forge Flag Company in Spring City, PA. Thank you for bringing this to my attention and I will replace it with one made in USA. My youngest son is 34 and after Basic he is stationed at Ft. Bliss. How many grommets? How could i hang it on the flagpole?

2 grommets. Mine is top grommet with bottom of American flag, and I added one hook 3 feet below for bottom grommet.
