iPhone 7 Battery Case, ZeroLemon 4000mAh Slim Juicer Portable Charger iPhone 7 Charging Case-Black

I love the simplistic design of this case. It still fits in my pocket with no issues and I can recharge my phone nearly 3 times before plugging it in! When I switched to iPhone I was nervous of the notorious bad battery life. The 7 is pretty good by itself, but now I can go 4 days without charging. This is a game changer! Also a plus is that it uses the micro USB so now I don't have to go buy 5 new charge cords, I can continue using my old ones! Worth every Penny

The Battery Case is the first I could find for my iPhone 7. It came in the normal near immediate Amazon fashion and was packaged well.It appears to be a quality product with good heft and appearance. Unfortunately the one I received does not work. It will allow a charge to pass through it to the iPhone when the iPhone is in the case and a micro USB is plugged into the case and into the wall. So it can pass electricity through its circuits. It also came with 3 of the 4 lights on and the 4th blinking. After fully charging the phone and presumably the case overnight and allowing the iPhone to run down while the case is turned off (all 4 lights out), it should have charged the phone when turned on. Unfortunately when holding the on/off buttons for the suggested 3 sec, the 4 lights will come on for a second but immediately go off without any of the batteries stored charge going to the iPhone 7. I went through that drill two nights now and have given up and will return it.One additional comment I will make is the directions. Luckily I have a relative that is nearly blind so have a host of very powerful lighted magnifying glasses readily available. If you are my age you might remember when someone was incredibly pleased to have written the Gettysburg Address on a grain of rice. Supposedly this was some kind of new technology that allows incredibly small script to be produced. ZeroLemon has used that technology to print their user guide. We normally read and write in 11 or 12 pt type. I expect the user guide uses 1 pt type or less. So if you buy this invest in a very powerful lighted magnifying glass.

I received my phone and battery case on Tuesday, November 29, 2016. I put the phone in the case and charged them both. (The wiring of the case is set up in such a way that when you put the phone in the case and plug the case in, it will charge the phone first and then charge the base.) In the morning, both were fully charged. I unplugged the phone at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning and used it lightly for a day and a half. On Thursday at 11:30 a.m., the phone was at 17%. I pushed the button on the battery case and in 1 1/2 hours the phone was fully charged. (It probably could have charged it faster, but I kept checking it every five minutes.) I used it much more Thursday evening and during the day on Friday. On Friday night at 8:30, the phone was at 20%. I pushed the button on the battery case and the case charged for about an hour and got the phone to 81% and the charger had run out of juice. So, I would be able to go more than three days without plugging in my phone. The only drawback is that the case adds quite a bit of weight and bulk. The case comes off easily enough, so you could carry it separately. I have had battery cases like this in the past and they have always held a bigger charge after running it all the way down and charging it back up. I will update this review as I get to know this battery case better.UPDATECharged it 12 hours. Unplugged on Saturday at 7:00 a.m. Monday morning the phone was at 20% and I pushed the button at 7:30 a.m. By 8:30 a.m. the phone was at 100%. Wednesday at 6:25 a.m. the phone was at 18% and I pushed the button. By 7:30 a.m. the phone was at 85% and the charger would not charge anymore. Thursday at 5:42 p.m. the phone was at 10% and I plugged it in to charge the phone and charger. So, six days without plugging it in. Two charges with the battery. One charge gets you to 100%. I will keep this updated. The instructions say to run it through 5-6 full charges and discharges.

Let me start with how great the battery is. It lasts me 2 days without charging it using an outlet.I'm not a big fan with the top plastic that surrounds the phone. I dropped it once about a foot and half from the floor and it broke. I kindly asked zerolemon to replace it and they said they would. I never received it. I just dropped my phone with that broken plastic still on and everything fell apart. Just chipped the paint on my nice phone.I have had a lot of people telling me that they do not hear me clearly when I talk on speaker with the case on. Something to consider.

Works great as a battery; the case fits reasonably well enough and provides pretty solid protection. The first of these I ordered had a defect with the charger port, but the company was kind enough to quickly replace it with a new one (which doesn't have the problem). So 10/10 on customer service.

I had a battery like this on my iPhone 5s and was worried that I wouldn't be able to find one for my new 7.But this is perfect! It was half the price of the one I used to have and is slim and lightweight, although it does add some weight to the phone, I am ok with that, as it was almost too slim and slippery before installing this battery case.I am lazy and often forget to charge my phone at night, so there have been dozens of times when having a full charge or more available was a real life saver (not literally, but you know what I mean).

Followed instructions , charged and charged again and never charged my phone, I sent email to customer service and they were really nice and offered to exchanged which is what I wanted to do unfortunately Amazon which were also great already sent me ups labels and issued a refund, I am not sure I will order again since there are lots of items that look like this, however this looks very nice, not very heavy and it is great to the touch.
