Screen Printing Emulsion Remover, Stencil Strip Powder (500ml)

This was easy to use and make cleaning emulsion a breeze. But you have to use your own sprayer or I assume you could buy one from the seller.

Great kit. The spray gun is genius! I mixed a strong solution, sprayed a good amount on the screen, rubbed with a cloth, left it on the screen for 5 mins and washed it off. I have a clean screen again.

I’ve been DIY screen printing for a few years and have used various brands of screen strip / emulsion remover. I bought this item as I could use prime to get it quickly.Firstly, the powder doesn’t arrive as per the picture and is just a flat packet. This is fine if it does the job. I followed the dilution instructions, applied and…. it does very little. I’ve now used the entire solution and have zero useable screens out of 5. All have residue and areas that that emulsion remainDon’t buy it - it doesn’t work

Unfortunatley i forgot to take photos but this stuff does the job! The crystals come in a sachet you can add water to a spray bottle sprinkle in as much as you want (the more you use the stronger and quicker results) also comes with handy 'EMULSION REMOVER' sticker to label your bottles! I just sprayed both sides of the free from ink wet screen and let soak for a min then blast away with pressure washer! Ill be using this again! - Neil
