Great footwear

The first pair I bought were too small alktough they were 7s my normal size. I reordered at size 8 and they were fine.

These loafers are of very high quality, but the size runs large. Only packaged in a paper bag, so the loafer box was damaged in transit.

The product was not to a standard size. My husband has to have a whole size below his normal size. I requested an exchange as I purchased on prime day, but only a refund and repurchase for the non discounted fee was offered

I understand that footwear size can vary, but these were just too small in length and width. To be sure, I checked the size on the shoes and they were correct. Also, not a product issue, but an Amazon shipping issue, the shoe box was shipped in a flimsy paper bag, causing the shoebox to be crushed on one end. Fortunately, it did not damage the shoes. I am returning the product because the shoes do not fit. Because I am not confident in the sizing, I will look locally instead of online.
