This table is absolutely sturdy and gives enough space to exercise of any time be it chest, shoulder, biceps etc. Best in this price segment.

product is fairly priced and is meant maily for moderate home workouts, not for heavy lifting.bench is little too short for any one who is taller than 5.6", having said that it, bench is not foldable and it does not occupy a lot of space, which is great.choose this if you have less space and do not have a great budget and you are not very tall.

I dont like to go to details and perform a surgery on products that i buy in consideration of my tight budgets. So this is nothing but perfect bench for home gym under this price. Been using regular from last 3 months not a slight issue at all.However, if you are taller than 5’7 like 5’10 or 6 than this is really not for you! I am 5’7 but still has to keep in mind the head position every time i lay.

It's small length bench. You would face issue while making chest exercise from dumbbell. Sides width small too.

Product is good with this price range. If you are below 90 kg & height is below 6 foot then with out any doubt buy it.Product is little bit compact & with light weight but when see product price it is adjustable.Better product for home usage.Also, packaging was also fine....

Very unstable (using in home tiled floor). Very small (and im like 5’9 ). Both length and width too less. Brought because it was cheapest option. But it was not at all worth it. I can’t even dumbbell chest press as it’s soo small and unstable. I got sick just after receiving order so return window expired by the time I used. unlucky!

Light weight very nice

I am a 5.5, 82 kg individual, setting up my home workout equipment. I bought this product because of the trust on the customer reviews. Received the product, set it up and have now tried it. Honestly, I am totally disappointed.Have loaded pictures of the product for reference. My gripes with the product.1. The spanner for the screws which should be provided with the DIY kit was not provided.2. Two of the 8 nuts/ bolts provided do not have threads/groves that match the bench thread.3. The bench cushion is uneven and have gaps in multiple places.4. The cover of the cushion is scrapped and dirty like it was used to scrape dirt off the floor.5. cushion cover is not properly fastened to the bench with fasteners or glue or not even stitched properly. The cover is stapled to the base board.I am very doubtful about any longevity of this kind of hold.6. The bench itself is super narrow. They could not have made the with any shorter. Makes it very difficult to arch your back and the support is bad.7. The length is good for ppl of 5 to 5.3 inches height only.. either my head is hanging or my ass Is hanging out.. and I am only 5.5The reviews I read indicated that this product is good enough for 5.5 height ppl with home gym interests. Honestly, this is not true.The reviews indicated that the DYI setup is easy with the spanners that provided. Again not true, Spanner not provided and the Bolts don’t have proper threads.The reviews indicated that this is value for money, again not true.I paid 1899 for this its worth 1000- 1200 at best and i am being very generous.Only 2 good things i observe are -The steel / iron used seems to be of good quality.The bench is straight and does not tilt and sits steady.I returned the one in the pictures and the only option is a replacement. The replacement arrived yesterday 31st Oct 2023.This time…The Bench came pre-assembled, guess they are saving on Spanner cost, plus eliminating the Nut and bolt defects finding opportunity when customers assemble the DIY Kit.The packaging was robust, the seller had wrapped the whole assembled bench in Transparent paper, then with Styrofoam paper and on top of that Duct tape. The unpacking was hard and time consuming.Checked the bench post unwrapping, it is a better finished bench than before but has all the previously reported issues. There is a place where Cushion inside is not there. The cover is just stapled to the board. Not going to return this became its a waste of time. I am sure if I return this, they will send another defective piece. Will use this as much as possible.Disappointed with the replacement too over all. Not happy!!!
