This is an amazing product! Great quality, functionality and price. I use it in all its 3 modes - pure steam, steam press and just iron press; and it works fabulously in all modes. It is very easy to use and because of its compact size, very convenient to store. My family has been using it for the last 2 years without any issues and I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a steam iron or just a iron press!

It's leaks alittle water at the bottom but it's stop within a 2 mins or so

I didn't know this when I ordered it, but it has special lip that allows steam to items hung on a hanger. Amazing!

Purchased this iron for spot wrinkle care - instead, what I get is garments full of rust spots. Barely a year old, and once the iron has come up to temperature and producing steam, as I begin pressing a garment, the steam holes start to bleed rust filled water droplets, leaving a trail of rust stains that are very difficult to clean out of the fabric.Who was the bright product engineer that decided it was a good idea to include iron or other metallic parts within the water reservoir? Absolutely awful!!! Will not purchase this brand again.

This iron is the very definition of mid. It does everything it does extremely mid. The temperature dial leaks after about 15 minutes of use, however this does not destroy me. Sometimes flecks of metal will come out of the steaming holes on the iron itself, I still do not know what causes this. The temperature is nice, and certainly is usable as an iron. I use this every day. The steaming function is very hit or miss, you have to really turn it up high for much steaming to happen, if it is too low then water just spills out instead. It heats up very quickly and is reasonably sized. It has an occasional issue where after 30 minutes of use or so, it will stop working and must be emptied of water and let sit to rest for some time before it will heat up again.

I bought this iron years ago and loved it. It's not big and cumbersome, perfect size for me and works well. Recently it finally died and I was elated to find the exact same one on Amazon, so ordered it. I'm a happy camper.
