So I just received my order of the 15 piece but I didn’t get the loaf pan so what do I do to get it

I disagree, these pans are great. I have even used a knife in it and nothing, everything from scrabbled eggs, steaks, chicken veggies, nothing sticks and it cooks evenly

Are these pots and pans pfoa free?

Not aluminum free. Research shows connection of aluminum and dementia which leads to Alzheimer’s. Mom threw all our aluminum pans when I was a kid we had the old school Club pans. Mom won’t drink from aluminum cans.

is the exterior real copper?

Not positive but they cook wonderfully and they haven’t tarnished or gotten scratched. Clean up is a breeze also.

Bought in haste

Saw these and impulse bought them without reading the description fully. Didn't realise you can't use them unless you have a convection cooker. No good for a gas cooker. The price seemed good, at half price, so I thought, they're at least half that again now I've bought them.
