I like these calcium pills because they are easy to take and there are no side effects. They are made from the bones of fish that swim in New Zealand waters..

I noticed the lack of stomach discomfort with these. No heaviness. Time will tell if this formula is gold for me ( increased bone density). Being of Scandinavian descent, I wonder if fish based calcium just might be a winner. I ordered a larger volume after the first bottle as the price gets better the more you buy.Another benefit I have observed is that the nightime leg cramps I used to be plagued with when taking another bone supplement have disappeared. I no longer need extra magnesium and potassium.

Great product. I take 2 a day after lunch or dinner with extra Vitamin D3. Takes time to work but worth it because of the QUALITY of ingrediants in product.
