It's good but sand particals
I used it today morning (5th feb2024). It's working fine I guess but have to strain it before drinking Becoz it's full of sand particals. Better avoid this product from jiva. Better find another brand

About triphala powder effect I can say any person on this earth can take this no side effects, guys believe me it will reduce your excess weight for sure. I take it in morning. Blessed to have this in my life, you can have this through out your life, one who take this powder, then there is no need to take any medicine.

Does not help in my cpnstipation
this Jiva Triphala does not help in my constipation problem. Vaidyaratnam Oushadaashala is very good but more expensive.Jiva Triphala also has a flavoured smell which is kinda unexpected in a natural product. Howver it is far cheaper than others. But what is the use if it doe snot work???
