These bags are so handy to use. It's easy to pour your left over grease into, fold the top, and store the bag in the refrigerator. I usually pour my old grease multiple times until it's nearly full. Then I fold the top over a couple of times, bend the tabs to seal it and trow it in the trash.

I love these bags for helping to keep the fat that I pour off from cooking. I have used them for years. They fit nicely into the container that has a lid that I have. The only problem I ever have with them is trying not to over fill them. They have a neat little fold over top & side clasps. If you overfill, the fat will come out the top. I just then take the filled bag, & put it into a couple plastic grocery bags to throw away once done.

Use an old can to pour grease into and then throw away when the can is full. But, we rarely eat things from a can anymore, so there bags are super convenient and they are metal or aluminum or lines with something that makes it so you can poor hot grease directly into them.
