impossible
i don't recommend this. the angle of the bend is all wrong, meaning there's a big metal corner sticking into your face as you try to use it, making it impossible to position it at the base of the eyelashes. that's what i've found anyway, and it's not like i have a weird shaped face, i'd expect very few people not to have the same issue!...ALSO, within two (attempted) uses, the top bar sliced right through the silicone pad! this was with nothing more than a normal amount of pressure applied! amazon kindly refunded me but i wouldn't want anyone to waste time with this, choose another one!

Pinches!!
This eyelash curler does the job and is a good price for what the product offers. However, it pinches like crazy! You have to be very careful, and the curl really doesn't last long. I wouldn't recommend this to a friend but it's not bad, just not good. It has a very nice colour though.
