Although they reported that the "carrier picked up package" within 24 hours of the time I ordered it, USPS tracking showed that they didn't receive it until after the guaranteed delivery date had passed and I had filed a complaint. At that point, my order was shipped priority mail that night and arrived 2 days later. However, my company party had come and gone and the multiple items I had ordered from Express Pencils weren't here to give as gifts at the party.When they did arrive, they were stunning! The quality was second to none and the printing was impeccable. Even knowing all the delivery issues, one of my employees has already ordered a custom set of pens from Express Pencils for her daughter's teacher. I'm going to order another set of pens for our new hires and the price and quality have me willing to overlook my delivery experience and hope it was a one time thing on their part.

I chose the personalized stylus pens as a cost-effective advertising tool. Ask yourself where a business card ends up within, on average, ten minutes. That being said, are you going to throw away a working pen that also has a stylus head that works on most handheld devices? Will people ask to use your pen and also see the advertised business and contact information? Do you have a limited advertising budget and need something to get vital information out to the public? I've found this to be a cheap yet effective way to do it.The pens look nice, are durable, fully functioning and come with a stylus head at a very good per unit cost.

Got these for my coworkers as a little Christmas gift. Everyone loved them. They’re a nice weight and the feel of the pen is smooth and matte, which I love. They write very well too. Would definitely order more.

Ordered this for Valentine’s Day for my friends at work. The customization looks pretty, it writes very smoothly. BUT one broke as i tried to test and write with it. Thankfully, i only needed 10 pens and so the broken one goes to the trash. Overall, this is a good buy. I recommend it.
