These work well for single arm cable movement like hammer curls and overhead triceps extensions. The hard plastic at the ends of most ropes get uncomfortable as I add weight but these never hurt my hands. Hoping they hold up but seem well made.

I like mine when using triceps. Another good accessory in my home gym.

Love this attachment for tri pull downs and extensions on the cable machine. It also helps improve my grip, it’s thicker than most grips which is helping to strengthen my grip. truly targets the tris more than rope or v bar attachment. Love the burn after my workout. This attachment has also been sturdy, I use it every week and there are no signs of wear seems like it will last quite a while

If you like to isolate and try different movements, this is a great addition to your workout arsenal 💪 for example it is good on the biceps because the rope let's you grab ot with a neutral grip then when you Supernate the wrist it keeps tension on the biceps where it counts. The grip is a bit thicker than others but it squeezes in and contours to your hand very well. Must have if your gym doesn’t have one of these.
